Limitations of Hedging Techniques Sample Clauses

Limitations of Hedging Techniques. Certain securities positions and/or underlying funds in which the Company invests may employ various hedging techniques to reduce the risk of investment positions. A substantial risk remains, nonetheless, that such techniques will not always be available and when available, will not always be effective in limiting losses. Some of the underlying funds in which the Company invests may take substantial unhedged positions.
