Limited Contract Teacher. A teacher who is regularly assigned to work less than one half-time (.5 FTE) shall have rights under this Agreement, with the following limitations. The teacher shall not be entitled to a duty free lunch period and shall not have voluntary transfer rights under Article III Section 2. Furthermore, the teacher shall not be subject to the reduction in force provisions of Article III, Section 4 and shall not be entitled to any reemployment rights upon completion of the employment contract. The District will keep the number of limited teachers to a minimum.
