Common use of Limited Damages Clause in Contracts

Limited Damages. Except as specifically provided in this Agreement, or as otherwise required by law, neither the Facility, the WRG Trust, nor any officer, director, trustee, employee, contractor, or agent of any of them will be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages by reason of the Law Firm’s use of Trust On-line.
