Limited Discovery Sample Clauses
The Limited Discovery clause restricts the scope and extent of information and document exchange between parties during legal proceedings. Typically, it sets boundaries on the types of discovery allowed, such as limiting depositions, interrogatories, or requests for production to only those strictly necessary for the case. By narrowing discovery, this clause helps control litigation costs, reduces the burden on parties, and prevents fishing expeditions, thereby streamlining the dispute resolution process.
