– Limited Overtime Conditions. Employees serving as a subpoenaed witness of a Port-related case will be compensated at the overtime rate, for time worked outside of the normally scheduled work time. Employees serving on jury duty shall remain on regular pay for on-duty hours served. Overtime is not provided for off-duty jury participation.
