Limited to Not More Than Five (5) Days. 1. Leave to arrange for necessary nursing care for members of the family or 2. Birth or adoption of a child except as indicated in Section 5.A. above. In cases where more than five (5) days are required or where a nurse’s accumulation is less than five (5) days, nurses may request vacation leave or compensatory time. The request for leave shall not be unreasonably denied.
