Limited Use. Each Party agrees it shall not, without the prior written consent of the other Party or as permitted by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do any of the following: (i) disclose any Confidential Information to any third party; (ii) permit any third party access to such Confidential Information; or (iii) use Confidential Information for any purpose other than collecting debt on the Referred Account s referred to Agency by Client.

Limited Use. You may install and use the Software for Your Internal Purposes in object code format only on computers owned, leased or otherwise controlled by You in the applicable Territory for such Software.
Limited Use. Customer may use the Software only for the duration of the Term, and solely through Authorized Users (described below), as specified in the applicable Purchase Document, solely for Customer’s internal business purposes in accordance with the Documentation, License Guide and the Purchase Document, provided that Customer at all times complies with the restrictions set forth in the Agreement (“Use”). Unless otherwise set forth in the Purchase Document, “Authorized Users” are limited to the employees of Customer and/ or its Affiliates in the manner stated on the License Guide and which Customer/ Affiliate are designated on the Purchase Document. In the event that Customer wishes to allow its outside service provider and/or auditor access to the Software during its license Term, the Customer shall be permitted to do so provided that any such outside service provider and/or auditor: (i) is subject to written obligations of confidentiality that are substantially similar to those set forth herein, (ii) uses the Software solely for the Customer’s internal business purposes pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, (iii) is not a competitor of insightsoftware, and (iv) that Customer shall be responsible for any breach of the Agreement by any such outside service provider and/or auditors.
Limited Use. You will not: (a) Use the Licensed Site, Licensed Content, or both for any purpose other than a personal, non-commercial one; (b) Disclose any of the Licensed Content, including factual content, to any third party except in furtherance of your personal real estate transaction, and then only to the extent necessary; (c) Gather, or attempt to gather, by any automated means, including “screen scraping” or “database scraping,” factual content or any other portion of the Licensed Content from the Licensed Site; or (d) Employ the Licensed Content, the Licensed Site, or both for any unlawful purpose.
Limited Use. Portions of the full-use version of the Software may be withheld or unusable. Full use of the Software may be restricted by technological protections.
Limited Use. This Agreement only allows the Renter to dock the Boat at the Slip and to use the Mar ina Area reasonably necessary for such use. The Boat Slip and the Marina Area are used only by the Renter and the Renter's guests and at the sole risk of Renter. Renter hereby assumes any and all such risk. The City assumes no responsibility for, and shall not be liable for the care, protection, and/or security of the Boat, its contents or the Renter or Renter's guests.

Customer agrees that its purchase of a subscription to the Software is neither contingent upon the delivery of any future functionality or features nor dependent upon any oral or written public comments made by Litera with respect to future functionality or features.
Limited Use. Lifetouch will not use Student Information for any purposes other than to provide the school photography and/or yearbook products and services identified in the School Photography Agreement. Without limiting the foregoing and except to the extent reasonably necessary and expressly allowed pursuant to the Act, in operating a School Purpose Site, Lifetouch will not use Student Information: a. to engage in targeted advertising; b. for purposes other than the furtherance of the associated School Purpose; c. to sell, rent or trade Student Information; or d. to disclose Student Information except as provided in the Act.
