Limited Warranty Coverage. Fiber Composites LLC, individually and doing business as Fiberon (“Fiberon”), warrants the stain and fade resistance of the following products manufactured by Fiberon (“Fiberon Product”), to the original purchaser (“Purchaser”, “you” or “your”) for the warranty period set forth below under normal and proper service conditions, when properly installed and used as decking in residential applications, as long as the Purchaser owns the residence upon which the decking materials are installed.
Limited Warranty Coverage. The Seller will provide the Customer with the necessary parts to replace defective parts, at no charge, during the Warranty period. • Partial or total disassembly of the Product (excluding disassembly/assembly of connectors and adjustment of pressure regulation valves) before the end of the Warranty period is automatically considered a breach of the limited Warranty and invalidates any claim against the Seller. This excludes disassembly related to the replacement of defective parts under Warranty. • All modifications made to the Product are automatically considered a breach of the limited Warranty and invalidate any claim against the Seller. o This includes (but is not limited to): ▪ Use of parts and components (including joints and gaskets) from any source other than the Seller ▪ Modification of parts and components (including joints and gaskets) ▪ Improper use of lubricant • The limited Warranty does not cover the supply of replacement parts after Warranty period expiration. • All repairs carried out by any third party who has not been authorized by the Seller to do so, are automatically considered a breach of the limited Warranty and invalidate all claims, whatever their nature, against the Seller. • The limited Warranty coverage excludes labour fees for the replacement of defective parts as well as all fees associated with the removal, transportation, and reinstallation of the Product. • The limited Warranty does not cover defects that could arise from a failure to comply with the instructions set out in the installation, operation, and maintenance manual provided by the Seller. This includes (but is not limited to) any defect related to non-conformity of the procedure for replacement of parts under Warranty carried out beforehand. • The limited Warranty does not cover defects that might arise from a failure to comply with preventive maintenance procedures set out in the installation, operation, and maintenance manual. • The limited Warranty does not cover travel time or meal, travel, or accommodation expenses of the Seller’s technical staff, or staff designated by the Seller, required to travel to the premises where the defective Product is located. • The limited Warranty does not cover wear parts. • The limited Warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper storage of the Product. • The limited Warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper usage, improper installation, or improper commissioning by the Customer or by a third party, no...

Fade Resistance: Fiberon warrants that the Fiberon Products are and will be, from the date of residential consumer purchase for the term coverage stated above, resistant to color change from light and weathering exposure as measured by color change in excess of 5 Delta E (Hunter) units provided that the Fiberon products were installed, cared for and maintained in accordance with the Fiberon written instructions and the Fiberon Care and Maintenance instructions found on xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx and the conditions stated below. Without limitation on any other provision of this Limited Warranty, Fiberon does not warrant for stain resistance resulting from spilled or otherwise applied substances that are not properly cleaned immediately in accordance with the Fiberon Care and Maintenance instructions found at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/resources/maintenance-care. Limited Warranty Coverage. This Limited Warranty (“the Warranty”) applies to the SimpliPhi Power, Inc. (“SimpliPhi”) ExprESS (“Product”), whose warranty obligations are subject to the conditions below. SimpliPhi Power warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for the duration of the 2-year Limited Warranty Period.

Limited Warranty Coverage. (a) Seller warrants to Buyer that, for a period of nine (9) months from the date of Closing (the "Warranty Period"), the building (the "Building") shall be free from defects in materials, excluding ordinary wear and tear, and shall be delivered in good working order.
(b) This warranty covers only defects arising under normal use and does not cover any malfunctions or damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, problems with electrical power caused by Florida Power and Light or its successor company, acts of nature, or damage determined by a mutually agreed third-party engineer to have been caused by anyone other than the Seller's employees or authorized service agents.

The Limited Warranty covers any product that is purchased from X’Xxxxxx Auto Parts which fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship as long as the product is used normally and in accordance with the purposes it was designed for. This Limited Warranty is valid ONLY if you are the original purchaser of the product and may not be transferred.
