Limits of Authority. ADMINISTRATOR shall perform the duties outlined below including the policies and procedures stated within this contract and/or agreement. The following areas are NOT the responsibility of the ADMINISTRATOR, unless approved and directed otherwise by the COUNTY or their designee:
a. Authorize deviations from the approved Project Scope Statement and/or Change Orders.
b. Conduct any testing or inspection required by regulatory agencies.
c. Assume any responsibilities of the construction contractor.
d. Practice objective selection of construction contractor’s base on quality craftsmanship and performance for maintenance and repair projects.
e. Expedite the job for the contractor with exception to provide all the information needed for contractor to proceed with the work.
f. Advise on or issue directions relative to any other contractor’s techniques, means, or sequence, unless a specific techniques means or sequence is called for in the plans or specifications.
g. Make decisions or commitments that will involve extra cost or extra time beyond the contract without approval of the COUNTY or their designee.
h. Make any settlement agreements with the contractor without involvement and prior approval of the COUNTY or their designee for any construction disputes or claims.
Limits of Authority. Neither Agent nor Servicer shall, without prior written approval from an authorized representative of the other party, take any of the following actions:
a) Incur any expense or obligation, contractual or otherwise, in the name of or on behalf of the other party; or
b) Disseminate any printed material regarding the other party or its business or Servicer's business other than promotional and advertising material which has been delivered by the other party for such use.
Limits of Authority. The Parties shall adopt a mechanism of limits of authority in connection with the decisions and actions relating to the sales/bidding process of both Parties. To this effect, each of the Parties hereby grants a mandate to the Steering Committee to establish, validate or authorize such mechanism, including the type of decisions and actions covered, applicable thresholds and the identity of the individuals with authority to approve such decisions or actions; provided however that such mechanism shall provide for a fair representation of representatives of both Nokia and the Company.
Limits of Authority. The Residency Labor/Management Committee is not authorized to bargain, modify or add to existing provisions of the existing agreement. However, the Residency Labor/Management Committee may review and discuss a matter within the scope of bargaining such as premiums, fringe benefits, caseload and working hours.
Limits of Authority. Agent shall not, without prior written approval from an authorized representative of Servicer, take any of the following actions:
a) Incur any expense or obligation in the name of the Servicer; b) Disseminate any printed material regarding the Licensed Products or Servicer's business; or c) Use Servicer's advertising and promotional guidelines.

Limits of Authority. Producer is not authorized to, and agrees not to, enter into, alter, deliver, replace, rescind, or terminate any contract on behalf of Altius, nor to extend time for payment, make settlement, or refund membership premiums or any other charges or bind Altius in any way without the prior written approval of Altius. Producer further agrees that Altius reserves the right to reject any and all applications submitted by Producer.
Limits of Authority. The Consultant has no right or authority, express or implied, to act on behalf of, assume, or create any obligation or responsibility, or otherwise bind, the Company or any of its affiliates in any way. The Consultant shall not make any contrary representation to any third party.
Limits of Authority. The Contractor has no authority to undertake work or expense without authorisation from the Service Manager to whom the Contractor reports directly.
Limits of Authority shall advise and consult with the Owner during the term of this Agreement. shall have the right to act on behalf of the Owner only to the extent provided by this Agreement and the documents incorporated by reference unless otherwise modified by written consent in the form of a Change in Services as described in Article 4.
