Limits on Powers to Appoint in Trust. (A) No holder of a power of appointment granted in this Agreement may create a subsequent power of appointment which can be exercised so as to postpone the vesting of any estate or interest in Trust Property, or suspend the absolute ownership or power of alienation of such property, for a period ascertainable without regard to the date of the creation of the first power. Further, no power of appointment granted in this agreement shall be effective with regard to any interest in property that has been disclaimed by the holder of the power.
