Linens and Towels. Linens and towels are provided by the Property and due to our eco-friendly Save the Planet policy, linens are changed every three days, more often if necessary. Towels are replaced after placement in the towel basket. Additional charges may apply if more frequent changes are needed. Items such as bedding, washing, or clothing articles should not be hung where it is visible to another residence or common property nearby. Laundry of personal clothing by a third party can be arranged at the Lessee’s cost and the Owner shall not be held liable for any loss or damage by the third party.

Xxxxx agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the owner of said property, his family and or Holiday Properties, it's employees and owners from any and all claims, demands, losses, causes of action, damage, lawsuits, judgments, including attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or relating to an injury or death related to the use of complimentary bikes provided for use at said property by guest, relative, friend of guest and or so on.

All bed and bath linens are to remain in leased Property upon departure. Units are furnished with soap, trash bags and paper products.
