Liquidated Damages Payable by Manager. In the event of a Manager Event of Default prior to the Commencement Date, after such notice and right to cure as may be provided in this Agreement, Manager shall pay liquidated damages as provided in ss. 14.5(i) of the Development Agreement and shall not be liable for additional damages under this Agreement.
