Liquor Licensing. OVG shall have the exclusive right to sell alcohol to patrons in the Arena. OVG may sell alcoholic beverages and permit others to sell alcoholic beverages in the Arena only in compliance with applicable state and local laws. Final decisions as to whether alcoholic beverages may be sold at an Arena event shall be the sole responsibility of OVG. When alcoholic beverages are sold at an Arena event or elsewhere in the Arena, the decision to serve or refuse service of an alcoholic beverage to any individual shall be OVG’s sole responsibility. All licenses and permits required for the sale of alcoholic beverages in the Arena
Liquor Licensing. OpCo Purchaser shall, at its sole cost and expense and in accordance with the terms of Section 5(d) above, prepare and file all applications and take such other reasonable actions required by the Liquor and Gaming Licensing Board of Xxxxx County, Nevada and any other applicable Governmental Authority in order to obtain new Liquor Licenses. Subject to the limitations in Section 5(d)(x), the parties shall fully cooperate and timely respond to reasonable requests for assistance in any such filings in order to promptly obtain new Liquor Licenses at or before the Closing.
Liquor Licensing. (a) If City Parklands decides to apply for a liquor licence to serve or sell alcohol at the Event (a Liquor Licence):
(i) the Stallholder must do all things necessary to assist City Parklands in its application for a Liquor Licence, including completing and returning any documentation required by City Parklands in relation to the application, no later than 60 days before the Event; and
(ii) a copy of the Liquor Licence will be provided to the Stallholder and must be displayed in the Stall on each of the Trading Days during the Event.
(b) The Stallholder must comply with any conditions imposed by City Parklands in relation to the service of alcohol at the Event in addition to complying with all applicable liquor licensing Laws.
(c) If the Stallholder will serve alcohol at the Event, it must employ at least one person who holds a current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA Certificate). That person must be present during the Trading Hours on each of the Trading Days.
(d) The Stallholder must provide City Parklands with a copy of the current RSA Certificate prior to Trading.
(e) The Stallholder acknowledges that compliance officers from the Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation may patrol the Event and may request to see the original Liquor Licence and the RSA Certificate, which will be held on site by City Parklands.
(f) The Stallholder must comply with any directions given by any compliance officer of the Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation or by City Parklands regarding the promotion, sale and consumption of alcohol, including in relation to any additional obligations on the Stallholder as described in Item 4 of Schedule 1.
Liquor Licensing. Council will grant Landlord approval for the Tenant to apply for a new Liquor License or to Transfer the existing, with such approval to reflect the new leased area, subject to all relevant approvals.

Liquor Licensing. Client shall own, in its own name, and shall retain exclusive control of the ownership of its liquor license used in connection with the Service and shall pay for the costs associated with such license. Famous agrees to act as the Client's agent in purchasing, inventorying and disbursing alcoholic beverages as part of the Service; and Client agrees to name Famous as its manager on the license.
Liquor Licensing. 15.5.1 The Hirer agrees to comply at all times with the Liquor Licensing Act (1998) and all directions from time to time of the licensee of the Quarry Amphitheatre. The Hirer acknowledges and agrees that consumption of liquor is at the sole discretion of the licensee.
15.5.2 Under the Liquor Licensing Act (1998) the Hirer acknowledges and agrees that no smoking is permitted in any licensed area within the Amphitheatre.
Liquor Licensing. The Parties agree that the state’s licensing process does not sufficiently address unique jurisdictional and other matters that arise in Indian country under federal and tribal law and that the Parties have a longstanding disagreement with respect to the application of state law to Tribal liquor sales. Therefore, the Parties agree that in lieu of maintaining and/or obtaining one or more state licenses for the sale of liquor in Indian country, the Tribe and its wholly-owned enterprises shall hereafter make liquor sales in Indian country pursuant to the terms of this MOA.
Liquor Licensing. ACA Sydney holds a Theatre Public Entertainment Venue Liquor-on-premises licence issued under the provisions of the Liquor Xxx 0000 (NSW), and appoints an approved manager to undertake and discharge the individual responsibilities of a Licensee under that Act. No person under the age of 18 years shall be served alcoholic liquor or allowed to consume alcoholic liquor. The terms and conditions under which alcoholic liquor is to be served to the public during the Hire period will be set out in Schedule 1. All staff involved in the service of alcohol will have current Responsible Service of Alcohol accreditation and be under the direct control of the Licensee. The availability of food must accompany the service of alcoholic liquor. Food of a nature and quantity consistent with the responsible sale, supply and service of alcohol must be available whenever liquor is sold or supplied. The Hirer shall be responsible for the conduct of patrons attending the event. The service of alcohol and any cessation of such service is at the sole discretion of the Licensee or representative.
