List of Users. After any User ceases to be a Party to this Agreement (including in the event of any automatic termination pursuant to Clause 10.3.1 or 10.3), Operator shall promptly thereafter issue remove such withdrawing User from the list of Users set out in Schedule 2 (List of Users) and issue a revised list of Users set out in Schedule 2 (List of Users) to the remaining Users.
List of Users. The Customer shall provide Custom House with a list of authorized users (“Authorized User”) who shall access Custom House Services and/or enter into Orders on the Customer’s behalf. The Customer shall immediately notify Custom House when any new person becomes an Authorized User or when any existing Authorized User is no longer entitled to be an Authorized User. All Orders, communications and uses of Custom House Services, by an Authorized User will be deemed to be Orders, communications and uses authorized by the Customer and shall be binding upon the Customer.
