Listed Securities. As of the date hereof, the Common Stock of the Company is quoted on the Nasdaq Global Market and the Company has not received any written notice with respect to the delisting of its Common Stock from NASDAQ. The Company will continue to use commercially reasonable efforts to comply with all quantitative and qualitative requirements of the NASDAQ Marketplace Rules to the extent such compliance is within the control of the Company.
Listed Securities. The Common Shares are listed and posted for trading on the CSE, and the Corporation has applied to list the Listed Securities on the CSE and neither the Corporation nor its Subsidiaries has taken any action which would be reasonably expected to result in the delisting or suspension of the Common Shares on or from the CSE;
Listed Securities. The New York Stock Exchange has authorized the listing of the Securities.
Listed Securities. As of the Closing, (i) Gaiam’s Class A Common Stock is quoted on the Nasdaq National Market System (“Nasdaq”) under the ticket symbol “GAIA” and (ii) no stop order suspending the trading of the Class A Common Stock on Nasdaq exists.
Listed Securities. The quoted investments held by the Group at the Completion Accounts Date will be valued at market value as at the Completion Accounts Date.

The Common Shares are listed and posted for trading on the TSXV, and the Corporation has applied to list the Listed Securities on the TSXV and neither the Corporation nor its Subsidiaries has taken any action which would be reasonably expected to result in the delisting or suspension of the Common Shares on or from the TSXV;
Listed Securities. The currently issued and outstanding Common Shares are listed on the Exchange and the Exchange has or will have prior to the Time of Closing conditionally approved the listing of the Unit Shares, Warrant Shares and Compensation Option Shares.

Prices for securities or investments whose principal trading markets are within the United States shall be obtained from the Composite Transaction Tape, where applicable, or from the records of the exchanges, newspapers of general circulation or periodicals. Prices for securities or investments whose principal trading markets are not within the United States shall be determined from the published records of the exchanges where such principal trading markets are located or from such other sources as the Trustee shall determine to be the best qualified available sources.
Listed Securities. The common shares of the Company are listed and posted for trading on the TSX-V and the Company has not taken any action which would be reasonably expected to result in the delisting or suspension of such securities on or from the TSX-V; the TSX-V has prior to the Closing Time on the Closing Date conditionally approved the Offering;
Listed Securities. The common shares are listed on the TSX-V and the TSX-V has or will have prior to the Time of Closing conditionally approved the listing of the common shares comprising the Initial Shares and the Over-Allotment Shares. In addition, the common shares are also listed on the Lima Stock Exchange and are quoted on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
