Listing Information Supply. CBB shall provide to Verizon on a regularly scheduled basis, at no charge, and in a format required by Verizon or by a mutually agreed upon industry standard (e.g., Ordering and Billing Forum developed) all Listing Information and the service address for each CBB Customer whose service address location falls within the geographic area covered by the relevant Verizon directory. CBB shall also provide to Verizon on a daily basis: (a) information showing CBB Customers who have disconnected or terminated their service with CBB; and (b) delivery information for each non-listed or non-published CBB Customer to enable Verizon to perform its directory distribution responsibilities. Verizon shall promptly provide to CBB (normally within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt by Verizon, excluding non-business days) a query on any listing that is not acceptable.
Listing Information Supply. Onvoy shall provide to Frontier on a regularly scheduled basis, at no charge, and in a format required by Frontier or by a mutually agreed upon industry standard (e.g., Ordering and Billing Forum developed) all Listing Information and the service address for each Onvoy Customer whose service address location falls within the geographic area covered by the relevant Frontier directory. Onvoy shall also provide to Frontier on a daily basis: (a) information showing Onvoy Customers who have disconnected or terminated their service with Onvoy; and (b) delivery information for each non-listed or non-published Onvoy Customer to enable Frontier to perform its directory distribution responsibilities. Frontier shall promptly provide to Onvoy (normally within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt by Frontier, excluding non-business days) a query on any listing that is not acceptable.

Z-Tel shall also provide to Verizon on a daily basis, (a) information showing Z-Tel Customers who have disconnected or terminated their service with Z-Tel; and (b) delivery information for each non-listed or non-published Z-Tel Customer to enable Verizon to perform it’s directory distribution responsibilities. Verizon shall promptly provide to Z-Tel, (normally within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt by Verizon, excluding non-Business Days), a query on any listing that is not acceptable.

Reconex shall also provide to Verizon on a daily basis, (a) information showing Reconex Customers who have disconnected or terminated their service with Reconex; and (b) delivery information for each non-listed or non-published Reconex Customer to enable Verizon to perform it’s directory distribution responsibilities. Verizon shall promptly provide to Reconex, (normally within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt by Verizon, excluding non-Business Days), a query on any listing that is not acceptable.

Verizon shall promptly provide to ICG, (normally within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt by Verizon, excluding non-Business Days), a query on any listing that is not acceptable.

Ymax shall provide to Verizon on a regularly scheduled basis, at no charge, and in a format required by Verizon or by a mutually agreed upon industry standard (e.g., Ordering and Billing Forum developed) all Listing Information and the service address for each Ymax Customer whose service address location falls within the geographic area covered by the relevant Verizon directory. Ymax shall also provide to Verizon on a daily basis: (a) information showing Ymax Customers who have disconnected or terminated their service with Ymax; and

SPRINT shall provide to VERIZON on a regularly scheduled basis, at no charge, and in a format required by VERIZON or by a mutually agreed upon industry standard (e.g., Ordering and Billing Forum developed), all Listing Information for each SPRINT Customer whose assigned or ported telephone numbers fall within the geographic area covered by the relevant VERIZON directory. SPRINT shall also provide to VERIZON (i) on a daily basis, information showing SPRINT Customers who have disconnected or terminated their service with SPRINT; and (ii) delivery information for each non-listed or non-published SPRINT Customer to enable VERIZON to perform it’s distribution responsibilities. VERIZON shall promptly provide to SPRINT, within forty-eight (48) hours (excluding weekend and holiday hours) of receipt by VERIZON, a query on any listing that is not acceptable.
