If the Securities are to be distributed to the holders of the Preferred Securities in connection with a Dissolution Event, the Company will, if the Securities are not already so listed, use its best efforts to list such Securities on the NASDAQ National Market or on such other exchange or other organizations as the Preferred Securities are then listed.
