Common use of Litigation Stay Clause in Contracts

Litigation Stay. Except as necessary to secure approval of this Settlement Agreement or as otherwise provided herein, the Parties shall take no further steps to prosecute the Action in this Court or in any other court. In the event the Settlement Agreement is not approved or is terminated according to its terms, the Parties may resume litigation no sooner than fourteen (14) days after such event or as otherwise directed by the Court.
