Living Wage and Prevailing Wage. (a) The Lessee acknowledges and agrees that it and its Site Affiliates have received “financial assistance” as defined in the LW Law and agrees that it is a “covered developer” under and as defined in the Prevailing Wage Law. The Lessee agrees to comply with all applicable requirements of the LW Law and the Prevailing Wage Law. The Lessee acknowledges that the terms and conditions set forth in this Section 8.24 are intended to implement the Mayor’s Executive Order No. 7 dated September 30, 2014. (b) The following capitalized terms shall have the respective meanings specified below for purposes hereof.
