Loan Agreement Amendment. The Loan Agreement is, effective as of the Amendment No. 1 Effective Date (as defined below), hereby amended as follows:

Loan Agreement Amendment. The Lender shall have received that certain Second Amendment to Loan Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, among Borrower, each of the other Loan Parties party thereto and Xxxxxx, and all conditions precedent set forth in Section 2 therein shall have been satisfied.
Loan Agreement Amendment. In accordance with Section 15.1.1 of the Loan Agreement and subject to the terms set forth herein, as of the date hereof, the Required Lender, the Administrative Agent and each Borrower hereby agree to amend the Loan Agreement as follows:
