Local Business Tax. Any person, firm, corporation, or joint venture, with a business location in the City of Miami and who is submitting a Response under this Formal Solicitation shall meet the City's Local Business Tax requirements in accordance with Chapter 31, Article II of the City of Miami Code. Others with allocation outside the City of Miami shall meet their Local Business Tax requirements. A copy of the Local Business Tax Receipt (BTR) must be submitted with the response; however, the MPA may at its sole option and in its best interest allow the Bidder/Proposer to supply the BTR to the MPA during the evaluation period, but prior to award.
