Common use of Local Traffic Reciprocal Compensation Interconnection Points Clause in Contracts

Local Traffic Reciprocal Compensation Interconnection Points. 7.1.1 Except as otherwise agreed by the Parties, the Interconnection Points (“IPs”) from which Reconex will provide transport and termination of Local Traffic to its Customers (“Reconex-IPs”) shall be as follows: 7.1.1.1 For each LATA in which Reconex requests to interconnect with Verizon, except as otherwise agreed by the Parties, Reconex shall establish a Reconex IP in each Verizon Rate Center Area (or Exchange Area) where Reconex chooses to assign telephone numbers to its Customers. Reconex shall establish such Reconex-IP consistent with the methods of interconnection and interconnection trunking architectures that it will use pursuant to Section 2 of this Attachment. 7.1.1.2 At any time that Reconex establishes a Collocation site at a Verizon End Office Wire Center in a LATA in which Reconex is interconnected or requesting interconnection with Verizon, either Party may request in writing that such Reconex Collocation site be established as the Reconex-IP for traffic originated by Verizon Customers served by that End Office. Upon such request, the Parties shall negotiate in good faith mutually acceptable arrangements for the transition to such Reconex-IP. If the Parties have not reached agreement on such arrangements within thirty (30) days, (a) either Party may pursue available dispute resolution mechanisms; and, (b) Reconex shall xxxx and Verizon shall pay the lesser of the negotiated intercarrier compensation rate or the End Office reciprocal compensation rate for the relevant traffic less Verizon’s transport rate, tandem switching rate (to the extent traffic is tandem switched), and other costs (to the extent that Verizon purchases such transport from Reconex or a third party), from the originating Verizon End Office to the receiving Reconex-IP. 7.1.1.3 In any LATA where the Parties are already interconnected prior to the effective date of this Agreement, Reconex may maintain existing IPs, except that Verizon may request in writing to transition such Reconex-IPs to the Reconex-IPs described in subsections 7.1.1.1 and 7.1.1.2,above. Upon such request, the Parties shall negotiate a mutually satisfactory arrangements for the transition to IPs that conform to subsections 7.1.1.1 and 7.1.1.2, above. If the Parties have not reached agreement on such arrangements within thirty (30) days, (a) either Party may pursue available dispute resolution mechanisms; and, (b) Reconex shall xxxx and Verizon shall pay only the lesser of the negotiated intercarrier compensation rate or the End Office reciprocal compensation rate for relevant traffic, less Verizon’s transport rate, tandem switching rate (to the extent traffic is tandem switched), and other costs (to the extent that Verizon purchases such transport from Reconex or a third party), from Verizon’s originating End Office to the Reconex IP. 7.1.2 Except as otherwise agreed by the Parties, the Interconnection Points (“IPs”) from which Verizon will provide transport and termination of Local Traffic to its Customers (“Verizon-IPs”) shall be as follows: 7.1.2.1 For Local Traffic delivered by Reconex to the Verizon Tandem subtended by the terminating End Office serving the Verizon Customer, the Verizon-IP will be the Verizon Tandem Wire Center. 7.1.2.2 For Local Traffic delivered by Reconex to the Verizon terminating End Office Wire Center serving the Verizon Customer, the Verizon-IP will be Verizon End Office Wire Center. 7.1.3 Should either Party offer additional IPs to any Telecommunications Carrier that is not a Party to this Agreement, the other Party may elect to deliver traffic to such IPs for the NXXs or functionalities served by those IPs. To the extent that any such Reconex-IP is not located at a Collocation site at a Verizon Tandem Wire Center or Verizon End Office Wire Center, then Reconex shall permit Verizon to establish physical Interconnection through collocation or other operationally comparable arrangements acceptable to Verizon at the Reconex-IP, to the extent such physical Interconnection is technically feasible. 7.1.4 Each Party is responsible for delivering its Local Traffic that is to be terminated by the other Party to the other Party’s relevant IP.

Reconex Best shall establish such ReconexBest-IP consistent with the methods of interconnection and interconnection trunking architectures that it will use pursuant to Section 2 of this Attachment. 7.1.1.2 At any time that Reconex Best establishes a Collocation site at a Verizon End Office Wire Center in a LATA in which Reconex Best is interconnected or requesting interconnection with Verizon, either Party may request in writing that such Reconex Best Collocation site be established as the ReconexBest-IP for traffic originated by Verizon Customers served by that End Office. Reconex MVX shall establish such ReconexMVX-IP consistent with the methods of interconnection and interconnection trunking architectures that it will use pursuant to Section 2 Article 4 of this Attachmentthe Terms. 7.1.1.2 b) At any time that Reconex MVX establishes a Collocation site at a Verizon End Office Wire Center in a LATA in which Reconex MVX is interconnected or requesting interconnection with Verizon, either Party may request in writing that such Reconex MVX Collocation site be established as the ReconexMVX-IP for traffic originated by Verizon Customers served by that End Office. Upon such request, the Parties shall negotiate in good faith mutually acceptable arrangements for the transition to such ReconexMVX-IP. If the Parties have not reached agreement on such arrangements within thirty (30) days, (a) either Party may pursue available dispute resolution mechanisms; and, (b) Reconex MVX shall xxxx and Verizon shall pay the lesser of the negotiated intercarrier compensation rate or the End Office reciprocal compensation rate for the relevant traffic less Verizon’s 's transport rate, tandem switching rate (to the extent traffic is tandem switched), and other costs (to the extent that Verizon purchases such transport from Reconex MVX or a third party), from the originating Verizon End Office to the receiving ReconexMVX-IP.IP.‌‌‌‌‌‌ 7.1.1.3 c) In any LATA where the Parties are already interconnected prior to the effective date of this Agreement, Reconex MVX may maintain existing IPs, except that Verizon may request in writing to transition such ReconexMVX-IPs to the ReconexMVX-IPs described in subsections 7.1.1.1 A.1.a and 7.1.1.2,aboveA.1.b, above. Upon such request, the Parties shall negotiate a mutually satisfactory arrangements for the transition to IPs that conform to subsections 7.1.1.1 A.1.a and 7.1.1.2A.1.b, above. If the Parties have not reached agreement on such arrangements within thirty (30) days, (a) either Party may pursue available dispute resolution mechanisms; and, (b) Reconex MVX shall xxxx and Verizon shall pay only the lesser of the negotiated intercarrier compensation rate or the End Office reciprocal compensation rate for relevant traffic, less Verizon’s 's transport rate, tandem switching rate (to the extent traffic is tandem switched), and other costs (to the extent that Verizon purchases such transport from Reconex MVX or a third party), from Verizon’s 's originating End Office to the Reconex MVX IP. 7.1.2 2. Reconex Phone-Link shall establish such ReconexPhone-Link-IP consistent with the methods of interconnection and interconnection trunking architectures that it will use pursuant to Section 2 of this Attachment. 7.1.1.2 At any time that Reconex Phone-Link establishes a Collocation site at a Verizon End Office Wire Center in a LATA in which Reconex Phone- Link is interconnected or requesting interconnection with Verizon, either Party may request in writing that such Reconex Phone- Link Collocation site be established as the ReconexPhone-Link-IP for traffic originated by Verizon Customers served by that End Office. Upon such request, the Parties shall negotiate in good faith mutually acceptable arrangements for the transition to such ReconexPhone-Link-IP. If the Parties have not reached agreement on such arrangements within thirty (30) days, (a) either Party may pursue available dispute resolution mechanisms; and, (b) Reconex Phone-Link shall xxxx and Verizon shall pay the lesser of the negotiated intercarrier compensation rate or the End Office reciprocal compensation rate for the relevant traffic less Verizon’s 's transport rate, tandem switching rate (to the extent traffic is tandem switched), and other costs (to the extent that Verizon purchases such transport from Reconex Phone-Link or a third party), from the originating Verizon End Office to the receiving ReconexPhone-Link-IP. 7.1.1.3 In any LATA where the Parties are already interconnected prior to the effective date of this Agreement, Reconex Phone-Link may maintain existing IPs, except that Verizon may request in writing to transition such ReconexPhone-Link-IPs to the ReconexPhone-Link- IPs described in subsections 7.1.1.1 and 7.1.1.2,above. Upon such request, the Parties shall negotiate a mutually satisfactory arrangements for the transition to IPs that conform to subsections 7.1.1.1 and 7.1.1.2, above. If the Parties have not reached agreement on such arrangements within thirty (30) days, (a) either Party may pursue available dispute resolution mechanisms; and, (b) Reconex Phone-Link shall xxxx and Verizon shall pay only the lesser of the negotiated intercarrier compensation rate or the End Office reciprocal compensation rate for relevant traffic, less Verizon’s 's transport rate, tandem switching rate (to the extent traffic is tandem switched), and other costs (to the extent that Verizon purchases such transport from Reconex Phone-Link or a third party), from Verizon’s 's originating End Office to the Reconex Phone-Link IP. 7.1.2 Except as otherwise agreed by the Parties, the Interconnection Points (“IPs”) from which Verizon will provide transport and termination of Local Traffic to its Customers (“Verizon-IPs”) shall be as follows: 7.1.2.1 For Local Traffic delivered by Reconex Phone-Link to the Verizon Tandem subtended by the terminating End Office serving the Verizon Customer, the Verizon-IP will be the Verizon Tandem Wire Center. 7.1.2.2 For Local Traffic delivered by Reconex Phone-Link to the Verizon terminating End Office Wire Center serving the Verizon Customer, the Verizon-IP will be Verizon End Office Wire Center. 7.1.3 Should either Party offer additional IPs to any Telecommunications Carrier that is not a Party to this Agreement, the other Party may elect to deliver traffic to such IPs for the NXXs or functionalities served by those IPs. To the extent that any such ReconexPhone-Link-IP is not located at a Collocation site at a Verizon Tandem Wire Center or Verizon End Office Wire Center, then Reconex Phone-Link shall permit Verizon to establish physical Interconnection through collocation or other operationally comparable arrangements acceptable to Verizon at the ReconexPhone-Link-IP, to the extent such physical Interconnection is technically feasible. 7.1.4 Each Party is responsible for delivering its Local Traffic that is to be terminated by the other Party to the other Party’s relevant IP.

Local Traffic Reciprocal Compensation Interconnection Points. 7.1.1 Except as otherwise agreed by the Parties, the Interconnection Points (“IPs”) from which Reconex Premiere will provide transport and termination of Local Traffic to its Customers (“ReconexPremiere-IPs”) shall be as follows: 7.1.1.1 For each LATA in which Reconex Premiere requests to interconnect with Verizon, except as otherwise agreed by the Parties, Reconex Premiere shall establish a Reconex Premiere IP in each Verizon Rate Center Area (or Exchange Area) where Reconex Premiere chooses to assign telephone numbers to its Customers. Reconex Premiere shall establish such ReconexPremiere-IP consistent with the methods of interconnection and interconnection trunking architectures that it will use pursuant to Section 2 of this Attachment.Attachment.‌‌‌ 7.1.1.2 At any time that Reconex Premiere establishes a Collocation site at a Verizon End Office Wire Center in a LATA in which Reconex Premiere is interconnected or requesting interconnection with Verizon, either Party may request in writing that such Reconex Premiere Collocation site be established as the ReconexPremiere-IP for traffic originated by Verizon Customers served by that End Office. Upon such request, the Parties shall negotiate in good faith mutually acceptable arrangements for the transition to such ReconexPremiere-IP. Reconex Velocity shall establish such ReconexVelocity-IP consistent with the methods of interconnection and interconnection trunking architectures that it will use pursuant to Section 2 of this Attachment. 7.1.1.2 At any time that Reconex Velocity establishes a Collocation site at a Verizon End Office Wire Center in a LATA in which Reconex Velocity is interconnected or requesting interconnection with Verizon, either Party may request in writing that such Reconex Velocity Collocation site be established as the ReconexVelocity-IP for traffic originated by Verizon Customers served by that End Office. Upon such request, the Parties shall negotiate in good faith mutually acceptable arrangements for the transition to such ReconexVelocity-IP. Reconex shall establish such Reconex-IP consistent with the methods of interconnection and interconnection trunking architectures that it will use pursuant to Section 2 of this Attachment.Teleconex 7.1.1.2 At any time that Reconex Teleconex establishes a Collocation site at a Verizon End Office Wire Center in a LATA in which Reconex Teleconex is interconnected or requesting interconnection with Verizon, either Party may request in writing that such Reconex Teleconex Collocation site be established as the Reconex-Teleconex- IP for traffic originated by Verizon Customers served by that End Office. Upon such request, the Parties shall negotiate in good faith mutually acceptable arrangements for the transition to such ReconexTeleconex-IP. Reconex BitWise shall establish such ReconexBitWise-IP consistent with the methods of interconnection and interconnection trunking architectures that it will use pursuant to Section 2 of this Attachment. 7.1.1.2 At any time that Reconex BitWise establishes a Collocation site at a Verizon End Office Wire Center in a LATA in which Reconex BitWise is interconnected or requesting interconnection with Verizon, either Party may request in writing that such Reconex BitWise Collocation site be established as the ReconexBitWise-IP for traffic originated by Verizon Customers served by that End Office. Upon such request, the Parties shall negotiate in good faith mutually acceptable arrangements for the transition to such ReconexBitWise-IP. If the Parties have not reached agreement on such arrangements within thirty (30) days, (a) either Party may pursue available dispute resolution mechanisms; and, (b) Reconex BitWise shall xxxx and Verizon shall pay the lesser of the negotiated intercarrier compensation rate or the End Office reciprocal compensation rate for the relevant traffic less Verizon’s 's transport rate, tandem switching rate (to the extent traffic is tandem switched), and other costs (to the extent that Verizon purchases such transport from Reconex BitWise or a third party), from the originating Verizon End Office to the receiving ReconexBitWise-IP. 7.1.1.3 In any LATA where the Parties are already interconnected prior to the effective date of this Agreement, Reconex BitWise may maintain existing IPs, except that Verizon may request in writing to transition such ReconexBitWise-IPs to the ReconexBitWise-IPs described in subsections 7.1.1.1 and 7.1.1.2,above. Upon such request, the Parties shall negotiate a mutually satisfactory arrangements for the transition to IPs that conform to subsections 7.1.1.1 and 7.1.1.2, above. If the Parties have not reached agreement on such arrangements within thirty (30) days, (a) either Party may pursue available dispute resolution mechanisms; and, (b) Reconex BitWise shall xxxx and Verizon shall pay only the lesser of the negotiated intercarrier compensation rate or the End Office reciprocal compensation rate for relevant traffic, less Verizon’s 's transport rate, tandem switching rate (to the extent traffic is tandem switched), and other costs (to the extent that Verizon purchases such transport from Reconex BitWise or a third party), from Verizon’s 's originating End Office to the Reconex BitWise IP. 7.1.2 Except as otherwise agreed by the Parties, the Interconnection Points (“IPs”) from which Verizon will provide transport and termination of Local Traffic to its Customers (“Verizon-IPs”) shall be as follows: 7.1.2.1 For Local Traffic delivered by Reconex BitWise to the Verizon Tandem subtended by the terminating End Office serving the Verizon Customer, the Verizon-IP will be the Verizon Tandem Wire Center. 7.1.2.2 For Local Traffic delivered by Reconex BitWise to the Verizon terminating End Office Wire Center serving the Verizon Customer, the Verizon-IP will be Verizon End Office Wire Center. 7.1.3 Should either Party offer additional IPs to any Telecommunications Carrier that is not a Party to this Agreement, the other Party may elect to deliver traffic to such IPs for the NXXs or functionalities served by those IPs. To the extent that any such ReconexBitWise-IP is not located at a Collocation site at a Verizon Tandem Wire Center or Verizon End Office Wire Center, then Reconex BitWise shall permit Verizon to establish physical Interconnection through collocation or other operationally comparable arrangements acceptable to Verizon at the ReconexBitWise-IP, to the extent such physical Interconnection is technically feasible. 7.1.4 Each Party is responsible for delivering its Local Traffic that is to be terminated by the other Party to the other Party’s relevant IP.

Local Traffic Reciprocal Compensation Interconnection Points. 7.1.1 Except as otherwise agreed by the Parties, the Interconnection Points (“IPs”) from which Reconex BTI will provide transport and termination of Local Traffic (and hand off and delivery of other traffic types which may be routed over Local Interconnection Trunks pursuant to Section 2.2.1.1) to its Customers (“ReconexBTI-IPs”) shall be as follows: 7.1.1.1 For each LATA in which Reconex BTI requests to interconnect with Verizon, except as otherwise agreed by the Parties, Reconex BTI shall establish a Reconex BTI IP in each Verizon Rate Center Area (or Exchange Area) where Reconex BTI chooses to assign telephone numbers to its Customers. Reconex BTI shall establish such ReconexBTI-IP consistent with the methods of interconnection and interconnection trunking architectures that it will use pursuant to Section 2 of this Attachment. 7.1.1.2 At any time that Reconex BTI establishes a Collocation site at a Verizon End Office Wire Center in a LATA in which Reconex BTI is interconnected or requesting interconnection with Verizon, either Party may request in writing that such Reconex BTI Collocation site be established as the ReconexBTI-IP for traffic originated by Verizon Customers served by that End Office. Upon such request, the Parties shall negotiate in good faith mutually acceptable arrangements for the transition to such ReconexBTI-IP. If the Parties have not reached agreement on such arrangements within thirty (30) days, (a) either Party may pursue available dispute resolution mechanisms; and, (b) Reconex BTI shall xxxx bill and Verizon shall pay the lesser of the negotiated intercarrier compensation rate or the End Office reciprocal compensation rate for the relevant traffic less Verizon’s 's transport rate, tandem switching rate (to the extent traffic is tandem switched), and other costs (to the extent that Verizon purchases such transport from Reconex BTI or a third party), from the originating Verizon End Office to the receiving ReconexBTI-IP. 7.1.1.3 In any LATA where the Parties are already interconnected prior to the effective date of this Agreement, Reconex may maintain existing IPs, except that Verizon may request in writing to transition such Reconex-IPs to the Reconex-IPs described in subsections 7.1.1.1 and 7.1.1.2,above. Upon such request, the Parties shall negotiate a mutually satisfactory arrangements for the transition to IPs that conform to subsections 7.1.1.1 and 7.1.1.2, above. Local Traffic Reciprocal Compensation Interconnection Points. 7.1.1 Except as otherwise agreed by the Parties, the Interconnection Points (“IPs”) from which Reconex Norcom will provide transport and termination of Local Traffic to its Customers (“ReconexNorcom-IPs”) shall be as follows: 7.1.1.1 For each LATA in which Reconex Norcom requests to interconnect with Verizon, except as otherwise agreed by the Parties, Reconex Norcom shall establish a Reconex Norcom IP in each Verizon Rate Center Area (or Exchange Area) where Reconex Norcom chooses to assign telephone numbers to its Customers. Reconex Norcom shall establish such ReconexNorcom-IP consistent with the methods of interconnection and interconnection trunking architectures that it will use pursuant to Section 2 of this Attachment. 7.1.1.2 At any time that Reconex Norcom establishes a Collocation site at a Verizon End Office Wire Center in a LATA in which Reconex Norcom is interconnected or requesting interconnection with Verizon, either Party may request in writing that such Reconex Norcom Collocation site be established as the ReconexNorcom-IP for traffic originated by Verizon Customers served by that End Office. Upon such request, the Parties shall negotiate in good faith mutually acceptable arrangements for the transition to such ReconexNorcom-IP. If the Parties have not reached agreement on such arrangements within thirty (30) days, (a) either Party may pursue available dispute resolution mechanisms; and, (b) Reconex Norcom shall xxxx bill and Verizon shall pay the lesser of the negotiated intercarrier compensation rate or the End Office reciprocal compensation rate for the relevant traffic less Verizon’s 's transport rate, tandem switching rate (to the extent traffic is tandem switched), and other costs (to the extent that Verizon purchases such transport from Reconex Norcom or a third party), from the originating Verizon End Office to the receiving ReconexNorcom-IP. 7.1.1.3 In any LATA where the Parties are already interconnected prior to the effective date of this Agreement, Reconex Norcom may maintain existing IPs, except that Verizon may request in writing to transition such ReconexNorcom-IPs to the ReconexNorcom-IPs described in subsections 7.1.1.1 and 7.1.1.2,above. Upon such request, the Parties shall negotiate a mutually satisfactory arrangements for the transition to IPs that conform to subsections 7.1.1.1 and 7.1.1.2, above. If the Parties have not reached agreement on such arrangements within thirty (30) days, (a) either Party may pursue available dispute resolution mechanisms; and, (b) Reconex Norcom shall xxxx bill and Verizon shall pay only the lesser of the negotiated intercarrier compensation rate or the End Office reciprocal compensation rate for relevant traffic, less Verizon’s 's transport rate, tandem switching rate (to the extent traffic is tandem switched), and other costs (to the extent that Verizon purchases such transport from Reconex Norcom or a third party), from Verizon’s 's originating End Office to the Reconex Norcom IP. 7.1.2 Except as otherwise agreed by the Parties, the Interconnection Points (“IPs”) from which Verizon will provide transport and termination of Local Traffic to its Customers (“Verizon-IPs”) shall be as follows: 7.1.2.1 For Local Traffic delivered by Reconex Norcom to the Verizon Tandem subtended by the terminating End Office serving the Verizon Customer, the Verizon-IP will be the Verizon Tandem Wire Center. 7.1.2.2 For Local Traffic delivered by Reconex Norcom to the Verizon terminating End Office Wire Center serving the Verizon Customer, the Verizon-IP will be Verizon End Office Wire Center. 7.1.3 Should either Party offer additional IPs to any Telecommunications Carrier that is not a Party to this Agreement, the other Party may elect to deliver traffic to such IPs for the NXXs or functionalities served by those IPs. To the extent that any such ReconexNorcom-IP is not located at a Collocation site at a Verizon Tandem Wire Center or Verizon End Office Wire Center, then Reconex Norcom shall permit Verizon to establish physical Interconnection through collocation or other ot her operationally comparable arrangements acceptable to Verizon at the ReconexNorcom-IP, to the extent such physical Interconnection is technically feasible. 7.1.4 Each Party is responsible for delivering its Local Traffic that is to be terminated by the other Party to the other Party’s relevant IP.

Local Traffic Reciprocal Compensation Interconnection Points. 7.1.1 Except as otherwise agreed by the Parties, the Interconnection Points (“IPs”) from which Reconex Direct2Internet will provide transport and termination of Local Traffic to its Customers (“ReconexDirect2Internet-IPs”) shall be as follows: 7.1.1.1 For each LATA in which Reconex Direct2Internet requests to interconnect with Verizon, except as otherwise agreed by the Parties, Reconex Direct2Internet shall establish a Reconex Direct2Internet IP in each Verizon Rate Center Area (or Exchange Area) where Reconex Direct2Internet chooses to assign telephone numbers to its Customers. Reconex Direct2Internet shall establish such ReconexDirect2Internet-IP consistent with the methods of interconnection and interconnection trunking architectures that it will use pursuant to Section 2 of this Attachment. 7.1.1.2 At any time that Reconex Direct2Internet establishes a Collocation site at a Verizon End Office Wire Center in a LATA in which Reconex Direct2Internet is interconnected or requesting interconnection with Verizon, either Party may request in writing that such Reconex Direct2Internet Collocation site be established as the ReconexDirect2Internet-IP for traffic originated by Verizon Customers served by that End Office. Upon such request, the Parties shall negotiate in good faith mutually acceptable arrangements for the transition to such ReconexDirect2Internet-IP.
