Location of Borrower; Location of Records. The Borrower is organized solely under the laws of the State of Delaware, and the Borrower’s “location” (within the meaning of Section 9-307 of the UCC) is Delaware or such other jurisdiction pursuant to Section 5.03(g). The locations of the offices where the Borrower keeps all the Records are listed on Exhibit E or such other locations as the Borrower or the Servicer may notify the Administrative Agent from time to time.
