Location of Servicer Files. The Servicer Files, exclusive of the original titles to the Financed Vehicles and exclusive of the originals of the Receivables, shall be delivered to the location listed in Exhibit B hereto. The Custodian Files, including the original titles (or other evidence of the security interest in the Financed Vehicles) and the originals of the Receivables shall be delivered to the principal executive office of the Custodian.
