Location Requirements. Street Poles will only be available pursuant to this Agreement in accordance with the following provisions:
(1) No more than one Base Station, in total, is permitted on a Street Pole pursuant to this Agreement and the other Street Pole Agreements, so that once a Street Pole becomes a Reserved Pole reserved to a Street Pole Franchisee (see Section II.(B)(1)(b) of this Appendix A) such Street Pole is not available for use by any other Street Pole Franchisee as long as such Street Pole remains a Reserved Pole.
(2) Base Station installations on Street Poles will only be permitted on SLPs if such SLPs are located within intersections, except that such base stations may be placed on SLPs located other than within intersections upon a demonstration, to the satisfaction of DoITT and DCP, that there is an operational need for such placement at non- intersection sites (in the event of such approved location at non-intersection sites, only sub-sized housings will be placed at such non-intersection sites unless there is a further demonstration to the satisfaction of DoITT and DCP that there is an operational need for standard housings at such sites). Any determination of satisfaction by DoITT and DCP pursuant to the preceding sentence (including the parenthetical sentence therein) may be in the form of an approval of a specific Street Pole use proposal or may be made in more generic form covering all or a category of Street Poles or potential installations, as DoITT and DCP may determine. For purposes of this subsection (2) and the following subsection (3), a Street Pole shall be “within an intersection” if any part of the base of the Street Pole is ten (10) yards or less from two different street beds or at a comparable location at the conjunction of two (2) streets.
(3) Base Stations will be permitted on SLP sites within an intersection only up to the number which leaves two SLP sites within such intersection without any Base Stations installed by Street Pole Franchisees (including the Company), and thus available for future potential use for purposes to be determined by the City, except that such Base Stations may be permitted at locations which reduce below two the number of SLPs within an intersection left without such Base Stations upon a demonstration, to the satisfaction of DoITT and DCP, that there is an operational need for such siting. Location Requirements. Due to the nature of ERI’s projects, the service will be required at various sites around the country (Republic of South Africa). It is imperative that the service provider has a national coverage and can respond within the specified time frames in order to avoid delays to projects. These locations are subject to change as ERI acquires further contracts in and around South Africa, current sites are summarised below:

Location Requirements. All bicycle parking facilities shall be:
1. Located to avoid pedestrian and vehicle conflicts.
2. Located outside of vehicle and pedestrian travel ways.
3. Located within fifty (50) feet of a building entrance.
4. Located on pavement or a similar hard surface.
5. Located such that stair access from the street or main point of access is not required.
6. Located at least four (4) feet from building entrances, hydrants, curb ramps, utility and signage poles, dumpsters, and other similar impediments.

As a condition for accepting a proposed site, Arby's may require Developer to negotiate a lease or sales contract that includes certain terms regarding duration or other specified matters. Developer understands and acknowledges that a site acceptance may be conditioned on such matters and that if Developer does not wish to, or cannot, satisfy the pertinent conditions within a reasonable time, the site will be deemed rejected.
Location Requirements. Dealer agrees that each of the requirements expressed in this paragraph shall be fulfilled at each of Dealer's authorized locations at all times during the term of this Agreement:
A. Dealer shall have a sales facility at the location, which shall be maintained in a manner enabling Dealer to demonstrate and sell the Products properly.
B. Dealer shall maintain sales personnel at the location who are fully conversant with the specifications, features and benefits of the Products. Dealer shall conduct any sales training of its personnel which may be necessary to impart such knowledge, and shall extend complete cooperation to Kenwood in any Product education programs which Kenwood may establish.

Location Requirements. Company Data will be stored, processed, accessed, and/or viewed (collectively, “Processed”) exclusively in or from Provider’s U.S. data centers, located in Marietta, Georgia, on dedicated hardware not shared with any other customer. Provider will not perform any such Processing outside of the United States without the prior written approval of Company.
Location Requirements. The EHR system shall be multi-user at multiple sites at multiple facilities. Each facility shall be connected to the servers over the COUNTY wide area network using various types of communications lines.
Location Requirements. The customer should perform a detailed review of the machine specifications to assure that the facility where the machine will be installed has an appropriate sized dock to accommodate the dimensions of the GCTS equipment being purchased. The customer should have appropriate moving equipment available to position the machine. The customer will provide suitable equipment and personnel to unload and set in place all items in the contract, prior to the arrival of the GCTS installation engineer. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the equipment is not damage during such unloading and installation. Isolated and stable electrical ground is required. A 1 m long copper pipe buried 2 m into the ground nearby the lab can be used. Electrical power for GCTS supplied equipment will be provided by the customer. This electrical supply should be free from power transients caused by other equipment on the circuit. This includes appropriate electrical power for the hydraulic power supply as well as a fused disconnect when a hydraulic power supply is purchased. The desired hydraulic power supply voltage must be specified at the time of the order. The customer also requires supplying 700-1,000 kPa clean compressed dry air, and clean water.
Location Requirements. The Supplier will supply to the Purchaser, in reasonable time before commencing provision of the Goods and/or Services, such information and assistance as may be reasonably necessary to enable the Purchaser to prepare any Location(s) where the Goods and/or Services may be provided and/or performed (if relevant). The Supplier acknowledges that it has been given the opportunity to inspect, and been supplied with sufficient information relating to, the Location(s). No claim from the Supplier for additional payment shall be allowed on the grounds of misinterpretation of any matter relating to the Location on which the Supplier could reasonably have satisfied itself by a visit to the Location, reference to the Purchaser or any other means as may be appropriate. The Purchaser will, for the purposes of this Agreement (and/or any Order), afford to authorised Supplier Personnel during normal Business Hours reasonable access, subject to its security procedures, to the Location to enable the Supplier to comply with any relevant obligations under the Agreement. The Supplier shall ensure that all Supplier Personnel comply with all applicable staff and contractors’ regulations of the Purchaser whilst at the Location(s) and with any such regulations imposed by any agent or contractor of the Purchaser when on their premises. The Supplier will ensure that the Supplier Personnel, whilst at the Location, carry suitable identification with them which shall be produced to the Purchaser upon request. The Supplier must not enlist the services of any of the Purchasers staff to assist with any work carried out at the Locations(s) save to the extent strictly necessary and agreed for the provision of the Goods and/or Services. The Supplier shall ensure that it and the Supplier Personnel, whilst at the Location, cause as little interference with, and inconvenience to, the business of the Purchaser as reasonably possible. Supplier Personnel shall carry out their duties so as to cause minimum inconvenience and disruption to the operation of the Purchaser.
