Location Requirements. The customer should perform a detailed review of the machine specifications to assure that the facility where the machine will be installed has an appropriate sized dock to accommodate the dimensions of the GCTS equipment being purchased. The customer should have appropriate moving equipment available to position the machine. The customer will provide suitable equipment and personnel to unload and set in place all items in the contract, prior to the arrival of the GCTS installation engineer. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the equipment is not damage during such unloading and installation. Isolated and stable electrical ground is required. A 1 m long copper pipe buried 2 m into the ground nearby the lab can be used. Electrical power for GCTS supplied equipment will be provided by the customer. This electrical supply should be free from power transients caused by other equipment on the circuit. This includes appropriate electrical power for the hydraulic power supply as well as a fused disconnect when a hydraulic power supply is purchased. The desired hydraulic power supply voltage must be specified at the time of the order. The customer also requires supplying 700-1,000 kPa clean compressed dry air, and clean water.

Location Requirements. 3.13.1 The Supplier shall supply the Ordered Panel Services to any location within England and Wales specified in the Legal Services Contract. 3.13.2 The Supplier shall if required (as detailed in the Legal Services Contract and Order) at no cost to the Panel Customer make available a dedicated meeting room in it’s premises for use by the employees and professional advisors of the Panel Customer whilst engaged on a piece of work that requires them to occupy accommodation separate from the Panel Customer’s office premises. An example would be where a DfT team is working on a rail franchise competition. The room must be capable of seating up to eight people at any one time and of providing secure storage for confidential documents. The Supplier shall issue those individuals identified by the Panel Customer as entitled to use the room with the necessary security passes and permissions so that they may access it unaccompanied by Supplier Personnel at all times that the Supplier’s premises are open to business. 3.13.3 The Supplier shall be required to make available, if required (as detailed in the Call-off requirement and Order), adequate serviced meeting rooms including refreshments, to support its performance of Legal Services Contracts and available for Panel Customers to use, in Central London and/or, if the Supplier has proximate offices, the location specified by the Panel Customer for the delivery of the ordered Legal Services. The requirement to supply meeting rooms in London may be at the Supplier’s own offices or at other premises acquired by the Supplier temporarily for this purpose. The Supplier may not make any additional charge (over and above the Charges) for the provision of meeting rooms, including those used for side negotiations or Panel Customer / Supplier discussions. 3.13.4 The Supplier shall provide virtual and physical storage and ‘data rooms’, as requested to do so by Panel Customers, to support its performance of Legal Services Contracts, to securely store items including but not limited to procurement documentation, contractual documentation, deeds, and due diligence documentation, at no additional cost to the Panel Customer. 3.13.5 The Supplier shall have available and shall maintain internet, telephone and video conferencing facilities for the delivery of the Panel Services, and shall make no additional charge for use of the same in performing Legal Services Contracts.

Any determination of satisfaction by DoITT and DCP pursuant to the preceding sentence (including the parenthetical sentence therein) may be in the form of an approval of a specific Street Pole use proposal or may be made in more generic form covering all or a category of Street Poles or potential installations, as DoITT and DCP may determine. For purposes of this subsection (2) and the following subsection (3), a Street Pole shall be “within an intersection” if any part of the base of the Street Pole is ten (10) yards or less from two different street beds or at a comparable location at the conjunction of two (2) streets. (3) Base Stations will be permitted on SLP sites within an intersection only up to the number which leaves two SLP sites within such intersection without any Base Stations installed by Street Pole Franchisees (including the Company), and thus available for future potential use for purposes to be determined by the City, except that such Base Stations may be permitted at locations which reduce below two the number of SLPs within an intersection left without such Base Stations upon a demonstration, to the satisfaction of DoITT and DCP, that there is an operational need for such siting.
