Location Services. To the extent you utilize Google maps through Digital (online and/or mobile) Banking, you agree to abide by the Google terms and conditions of use found at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/help/terms_maps.html and the Google Legal Notices found at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/help/legalnotices_maps.html or other URLs as may be updated by Google.
Location Services. Openpath may enable location services, including those provided by the smart phone software (e.g., iOS or Android) that may be used as part of the Systems, in order to unlock an entry if a User is close to the entry; disable the System to save battery if You are far from an entry; wake up a System that has gone to sleep; or perform other similar actions. Openpath uses these location services in order to maintain the security of the Systems and improve Users’ experience by reducing the battery life required to power the Systems. Openpath does not track or share the location information that it receives about Users through the Systems for other purposes.
Location Services. The location-based Offers, map functionality and other geographic location-based Services provided on or through Shake Off (Location Services) are offered by collecting, storing, transmitting or processing Your device’s location data. The availability of Offers and certain parts of Shake Off may rely on Our Location Services, and the availability of Offers may depend on the location data You provide. Without limiting anything in these Terms, by using Our Location Services You consent to us collecting and using Your location data for the purpose of providing Shake Off and the Location Services to You in accordance with these Terms and our privacy policy. You agree that such Location Services may be erroneous, inaccurate, incomplete or time-delayed and shall not be used for emergency or life-saving purposes. We do not warrant that the Location Services will be complete or free of inaccuracies, or that they will not suffer from time-delays. In particular, we do not represent or warrant that:
(a) Your use of the Location Services will meet Your requirements; or
(b) any information obtained by You as a result of Your use of the Location Services (such as Offers) will be current, accurate or reliable. Without limiting the foregoing, You acknowledge that some Location Services may not be available for use at all times or in certain circumstances.
Location Services. If you want to use the branch locator, please turn your device’s ‘location services’ on. This lets us tell you where your nearest branch is. You can stop this at any time by turning the location services settings off on your device (Android) or in the Mobile App (iOS). The Mobile Banking App belongs to us. When you download it we give you permission to use it, but we need you to accept our Mobile Banking App Licence conditions.
Location Services. 27.1. To provide services described in this instrument, FILHO SEM FILA uses the LICENSEE's location service only when the application is active (including in the background) through a virtual fence (coverage area) counted from the LICENSEE's previously registered source and destination address in the app. Such proximity information (only that the LICENSEE is within the fence pre-established by the LICENSEE - INSTITUTION) is shared exclusively with the educational institution (LICENSEE - INSTITUTION) linked to the use of the application so that it makes preparations for picking-up or delivering the child (ren) or dependent (s) to the LICENSEE or to whom he/she authorized for the act
27.2. In the exclusive case of using the application in the SCHOOL BUS module, the tracking of the LICENSEE's child (ren) or dependent (s) will be done in a precise and exact manner (when possible) until the previously established route and the LICENSEE - RESPONSIBLE and LICENSEE - INSTITUTION can instantly accompany them remotely through the application.
Location Services. You acknowledge and agree that use of the App involves the submission of location data ("Location Data") provided by You via the App. The Licensor processes a range of location data from country level down to vicinity and precise location (in certain situations only) based on the requirements of the organisation and the app users’ use of certain functions within the app. Precise location sharing always requires app user consent. By using the App and consenting to the sharing of Location Data via a prompt on your Apple or Google Device, You consent to the processing of the Location Data in connection with your use of the Location Services and agree that the processing of Location Data is necessary for your use of the Location Services. Should You not wish for Licensor to process Location Data in accordance with this provision, You may opt-out of such processing by informing the organisation to delete the user from the platform. Data relating to You will automatically be deleted after 30 days or upon the request of the organisation, whichever is sooner. You hereby acknowledge and agree that Licensor will be prevented from making the Location Services available to You in the event that you withdraw your consent to the processing of Location Data by Licensor and agree that Licensor shall have no liability to You and You shall not be entitled to any refund of any fees paid by You to Licensor should You do so. Each of You and Licensor shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations in relation to the processing of Location Data in connection with the provision of Location Services. The Location Data shall be kept by Licensor for a period of 30 days or upon the request of the organisation, whichever is sooner. Licensor shall not use Location Data for any purpose, other than for the purpose of providing the Location Services.

Location Services. You are not required to use location services to use BCA, but you may not be able to successfully fulfill some tasks without the use of location services.
Location Services. Apple may enable you to access certain location-based application programming interfaces (APIs) documented by Apple (“Location APIs”). Subject to these terms and conditions, you may only use such Location APIs and services to enable applications you develop (“Applications”) to access location data (e.g. the real-time geographic location of a user’s computer) from users who consent to such access. You agree that neither you nor your Applications will disable, override or otherwise interfere with any Apple-implemented system alerts, warnings, display panels, consent panels and the like, including, but not limited to, those that are intended to notify the user that the user's location data is being collected, transmitted, maintained, processed or used, or intended to obtain consent for such use. Location Services. Location services will only be supported for Wireless Devices (as defined in Section 2 below) shown on the official SBMF compatible device list. Some Wireless Devices may perform better than others. Location services are only available in Sprint coverage, not when roaming. Customer must obtain consent from the end users of the Wireless Devices for which Sprint will be providing location information to Customer.
A. Precise Accuracy (“Precision Location”). Precision Location queries must be ordered in conjunction with Cell Sector Location queries. The TPA must specify the Mobile Directory Number (“MDN”), requested accuracy in meters, and acceptable accuracy in meters. Requested accuracy must be 300 meters or less (or “High” for release 1 compatible interfaces). Acceptable accuracy must be at least 300 meters; the SBMF will reject requests with acceptable accuracy less than 300 meters. If the requested accuracy is less than 14,000 meters (“High” for release 1) then the request will be billed as a Precision Location transaction regardless of the received response accuracy.
