LOCKOUT AND STRIKE. 1. No lockout of employees shall be instituted by the City during the term of this MOU. 2. No unlawful strike or work stoppage by City employees, as defined in Chapter 3, Article 6, Section 3-624 of the FMC, or State bargaining laws, shall be caused, instigated, encouraged, condoned, participated in, or honored by the Association or its members during the term of this MOU.

LOCKOUT AND STRIKE.
1. No lockout In the event the meet and confer process beginning prior to the expiration of employees shall be instituted by this MOU results in an impasse, the City during the term shall not take unilateral action regarding wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of this MOUemployment prior to completion of any impasse resolution procedures provided in FMC Section 3-617 and State law.
2.
