Login Information. To use the Webroot Portal and certain other features of the SecureAnywhere Business Solution, You must register Your email address, phone number and a password (“Login Information”) with Webroot. You are solely responsible for any actions taken using Your Login Information. You must notify Webroot immediately upon discovery of any unauthorized use of Your Login Information or account. You acknowledge that Webroot uses Login Information according to this Agreement and its Privacy Statements, including its Webroot SecureAnywhere Privacy Statement, which are currently available at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/us/en/legal/privacy (as such may be updated by Webroot) (“Privacy Statements”). Use of the Online Services and Webroot Portal may be subject to additional terms posted on the Webroot Portal.

You agree that You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Login Information. You are solely responsible for any actions taken using Your Login Information. You must notify Webroot immediately upon discovery of any unauthorized use of Your Login Information or account. You acknowledge that Webroot uses Login Information according to this Agreement and its Privacy Statements.
Login Information. 23.1 Customer is responsible for their log-in information and all activities under their account.
23.2 You may be asked to provide information necessary to create an account and securely login into Company’s web portal and access Software. This information can be anonymous.
23.3 Customer is entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Customer’s account information, including a password, and for any and all activity that occurs under such account; Customer agree to notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized use of Customer’s account or password, or of any other breach of security; Customer may be held liable for losses incurred by the Company or any other user or visitor due to the use of Customer’s Company ID, password, or account by Customer or any third party.
23.4 Customer may not use anyone else’s Company ID, password, or account at any time withoutthe express permission and consent of the holder of that Company ID, password, or account.
23.5 Company ID, password, and account are for individual use only and should not be shared; group-based and generic accounts are prohibited.
23.6 Company cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Customer’s failure to comply with these obligations.
Login Information. You agree to keep your FieldView Account user name and password (“Login Information”) confidential and prevent unauthorized users, including minors under the age of 13, from using your Login Information to access FieldView Services. You are solely responsible for the activities of anyone accessing the FieldView Services using your Login Information and for ensuring that all users of your FieldView Account comply with these Terms of Service. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your FieldView Account and promptly change your login password if you believe your FieldView Account no longer is secure.
Login Information. If Company requests that GuideSpark enable Company to create a login ID and password for Users to access the Software Service (“Login Information”), Company shall keep all Login Information confidential and not share Login Information with third parties unless otherwise permitted hereunder. Company is responsible for all activity occurring under Users’ Login Information. GuideSpark has no obligation or responsibility with regard to use, distribution, disclosure, or management of Login Information.
Login Information. To gain access to and use the services, you may be required to create a DEVDEPT Eyeshot Web account and password. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your Login information, and you must keep your Login information confidential and not share your Login information with other individuals or third parties. DEVDEPT has no obligation or responsibility with regard to your use, disclosure, or management of Login information.
Login Information. This Exhibit 7 (Login Information), is an exhibit to the Portal and Advertising Services Agreement, dated as of April 1, 2016 (the “Agreement”), between AT&T Services, Inc. (“AT&T”) and Synacor, Inc. (“Synacor”). All capitalized terms not otherwise defined in this Exhibit 7 shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Agreement or the other exhibits thereto.

Any unauthorized access, use, distribution or transfer of your User Account or Login Information may result in suspension, termination, or cancellation of your User Account and your access to and use of the Services.
