Logistics Support. 1.5.1. Grid Assurance shall develop, periodically update in accordance with Good Utility Practice and provide to each Designated Transmission Owner information pertaining to the logistics of the long-haul portion of the transportation of Inventoried Spares from GA Warehouses to transportation hubs located within or near the electric transmission system of that Designated Transmission Owner; provided, however, that each such Designated Transmission Owner may designate no more than five (5) such transportation hubs. Such information shall include potential delivery routes, available modes of transportation and state and local permitting requirements applicable to the long-haul portion of such transportation.
1.5.2. Grid Assurance shall exercise commercially reasonable efforts to negotiate standardized terms and conditions of service that will be available to Transmission Group Members, at their option, for execution between such Transmission Group Members and transportation companies and/or logistics service providers capable of delivering or assisting in the delivery of Inventoried Spares to such Transmission Group Members.
Logistics Support. The Vendor shall ensure presence of adequate number of trained personnel in its administrative office to provide real time status of delivery positions. The vendor should have adequate arrangements of resources & manpower to ensure prompt & safe delivery of silver plaque & silver medallion. The vendor shall extend adequate support to NBGs & Zones for smooth tracking the despatch/delivery/ receipt of silver plaque & silver medallion.
Logistics Support. Per Memorandum of Agreement between the 6 CS and JCSE, SATCOM will provide maintenance and technology support for the timeplex system.
Logistics Support. The Latvian Government will use its best efforts, considering its internal national requirements and available capabilities, to provide to the CAF, upon request, logistics support to conduct activities under this MOU. As appropriate, such logistics support will be provided and reimbursed in accordance with applicable arrangements. For any logistics support not addressed by paragraph 2 of this Section, the CAF and GC contractors will pay reasonable costs for logistics support requested and received. In this regard, the Latvian Government will accord to the CAF treatment no less favourable than is accorded to the Latvian National Armed Forces, including charging the CAF and GC contractors rates no less favourable than those paid by the Latvian National Armed Forces for similar logistics support, less taxes, fees, or similar charges.
Logistics Support. The Contractor’s FSR shall provide logistics support as required by the RTA and USG logistics lead. This could include packing, handling, storage, and transportation (PHS&T) of Expeditionary EW systems and spare parts to and from various CONUS and OCONUS locations. The FSR shall collect maintenance data, and provide NSWC Crane with a maintenance plan technical assessment, end user training, and system maintenance updated. PHS&T supplies and shipping costs will be funded by the individual AOR contract line item number or by NSWC Crane, based on peculiarities of the specific system, mission, or AOR. Logistics Support. 3.11.1 The Contractor shall provide analysis of the impact of engineering design changes and obsolescence replacements on provisioning, technical documentation, maintenance procedures, test specifications, and HSI elements. 3.11.2 The Contractor shall maintain and provide updates to all technical data that requires design changes and revisions resulting from form, fit, and function changes or added during the service life of the INDY variant. Technical data consists of data such as technical manuals; specifications; standards; engineering drawings; photographs; sketches and descriptions; necessary assembly and general arrangement drawings; schematic drawings; schematic diagrams; wiring; and cable diagrams associated with design; production; operation use; and/or maintenance of an equipment, machine, process or system. 3.11.3 The Contractor shall support and develop technical data packages to include product drawings and associated lists in support of updates to the Contractor and Government logistics products. A technical data package shall include all product drawings associated lists, process descriptions, and other documents which define the physical geometry, material composition, performance characteristics, manufacture, assembly, and acceptance test procedures. 3.11.4 The Contractor shall update and maintain technical accuracy of engineering drawings, product models, and associated indentured lists for assigned equipment. (CDRL A047) Product Drawing and Associated List
3.11.5 The Contractor shall ensure engineering drawings, product models, and associated indentured lists provide definitive identification of dimensional, material, mechanical, electrical or other characteristics adequate for provisioning and maintenance of the equipment. Drawings and product models shall include, but not be limited to, the following: Cabinet/Element/System/Ship drawings, Interface drawings, and Ship Space Location drawings.
3.11.6 The Contractor shall review military essentiality code; source; maintenance and recoverability codes; onboard allowance table; and recommend improvements.

Logistics Support. The contractor shall conduct detailed analysis and develop comprehensive logistics plans and technical content in support of Naval Air Systems Command Integrated Logistical Support (ILS) objectives. The contractor shall create and implement procedures to maximize performance and cost wise readiness in production acquisition and life cycle sustainability, provide a high degree of ILS technical expertise in reviewing Engineering Change Proposals, deviations, waivers, and Technical Directives for accuracy and ILS impact. The contractor shall review and provide input to Engineering Drawings, Technical Manuals, and other Technical Data to ensure that all support requirements are met throughout the aircraft life cycle.

Logistics Support. 1. Lithuania shall use best efforts, considering its internal national requirements and available capabilities, to provide to U.S. forces, upon request, logistics support to conduct activities under this Agreement.
2. As appropriate, such logistics support shall be provided and reimbursement made in accordance with the LSA, or successor agreements, unless otherwise agreed.
3. For any logistic support not addressed by paragraph 2 of this Article, U.S. forces and U.S. contractors shall pay reasonable costs for logistics support requested and received. In this regard, Lithuania shall accord to the U.S. forces treatment no less favorable than is accorded to the Lithuanian Armed Forces, including charging the U.S. forces and U.S. contractors rates no less favorable than those paid by the Lithuanian Armed Forces for similar logistics support, less taxes, fees, or similar charges.
