Common use of Long-term operating lease/Lease agreement Clause in Contracts

Long-term operating lease/Lease agreement. 1.1. The Lessee enters into a long-term operating lease/Lease agreement for a Vehicle with DirectLease by accepting and signing these General Terms and Conditions, on the one hand, and an Order/Contract Confirmation with appendices, on the other hand. The Order/Contract Confirmation and the General Terms and Conditions combined constitute the Lease agreement.
