Longevity Differentials for Coaches. A $35 longevity differential shall be added to the compensation rate of any teacher for each year of coaching experience if he/she has coached two (2) or more years in the same sport. Calculation of this differential shall include service rendered prior to July 1, 1987 and thereafter.
