Loop Qualification. SBC-AMERITECH will develop and deploy enhancements to its existing DataGate and EDI interfaces that will allow CLECs, as well as SBC-AMERITECH’s retail operations or its advanced services affiliate, to have near real time electronic access as a preordering function to the loop makeup information. As more particularly described below, this loop makeup information will be categorized by three separate pricing elements: mechanized, manual, and detailed manual.
Loop Qualification. 2.2.5.1 The pre-ordering function includes non-discriminatory access to the same detailed information about the loop that is available to BellSouth. Loop qualification information identifies the physical attributes of the loop plant (such as loop length, the presence of analog load coils and bridge taps, and the presence and type of Digital Loop Carrier) that enable carriers to determine whether the loop is capable of supporting xDSL and other advanced technologies.
2.2.5.2 As part of the loop qualification process, BellSouth will provide, to the extent such information exists, the following to Sprint:
2.2.5.2.1 the composition of the loop material, including, but not limited to fiber optics, copper;
2.2.5.2.2 the existence, location and type of any electronic or other equipment on the loop, including but not limited to, digital loop carrier or other remote concentration devices, feeder/distribution interfaces, bridge taps, load coils, pair-gain devices, disturbers in the same or adjacent binder groups;
2.2.5.2.3 the loop length, including the length and location of each type of transmission media;
2.2.5.2.4 the wire gauge(s) of the loop; and
2.2.5.2.5 the electrical parameters of the loop, which may determine the suitability of the loop for various technologies.
Loop Qualification. Subject to Section 13.1 above, AT&T ILLINOIS’s uniform GUI (e.g., Verigate and DataGate in regions where Verigate/DataGate are generally available for use with xDSL-based or other advanced services) and application to application OSS interfaces allow CLEC, as well as AT&T ILLINOIS’s retail operations or its advanced services affiliate(s), to have near real time electronic access to the loop makeup information. As more particularly described below, this loop makeup information will be categorized by two separate pricing elements: mechanized and manual. AT&T ILLINOIS shall also provide CLEC with access to electronic loop qualification information during the preorder process, at no charge. However, if CLEC submits a service order the appropriate loop qualification charges set forth in the Appendix Pricing shall apply.
9.2.2.12.3.1 Mechanized loop qualification includes data that is available electronically and provided via an electronic system. Electronic access to loop makeup data through the OSS enhancements described in Section 9.2.2.12.3 above will return information in all fields, including but not limited to, as described in SBC’s Plan of Record when such information is contained in SBC-AMERITECH’s electronic databases. CLEC will be billed a mechanized loop qualification charge based upon the TELRIC pricing methodology for each xDSL-capable loop ordered at the rates set forth on the Pricing Schedule.
9.2.2.12.3.2 Manual loop qualification requires the manual look- up of data that is not contained in an electronic database. Manual loop makeup data includes the following: (a) the actual loop length; (b) the length by gauge; (c) the presence of repeaters, load coils, bridged taps; and shall include, if noted on the individual loop record: (d) the total length of bridged taps; (e) the presence of pair gain devices, DLC, and/or DAML: and (f) the presence of disturbers in the same and/or adjacent binder groups. CLEC will be billed a manual loop qualification charge based upon the TELRIC pricing methodology for each manual loop qualification requested at the rates set forth on the Pricing Schedule.
9.2.2.12.3.3 Detailed manual loop qualification includes all fields as described in SBC’s Plan of Record, including the fields described in Section
Loop Qualification. Subject to 6.1 above, SBC-12STATE will develop and deploy ∗This Section 6.3 in entirety is available only in the state of Wisconsin. The Parties agree that his language is a non-voluntary offering by AM-WI and consistent with the following order: Order of the Wisconsin Public Service Commission in McLeodUSA Telecommunications Services, Inc. Petition for Arbitration of Interconnection Rates, Terms and Conditions and Related Arrangements enhancements to its existing DataGate and EDI interfaces that will allow CLECs, as well as SBC-12STATE's retail operations or its advanced services affiliate, to have near real time electronic access as a preordering function to the loop makeup information. Regardless of the method of access, CLEC shall be provided with access to all available loop qualification information in the databases or internal records of SBC-12STATE, in the same time intervals that information is available to any SBC-12STATE personnel, regardless of whether SBC-12STATE's retail arm or advanced services affiliate has access to such information. CLEC will be billed a loop qualification charge for each xDSL capable loop order submitted at the interim rate set forth in Section 6.3.4 below and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in such Section.
Loop Qualification. CenturyTel will provide access to any existing interfaces that will allow Socket, as well as CenturyTel’s retail operations or any Affiliate, to have real-time electronic access as a preordering function to the Loop Makeup Information, when such information is contained in CenturyTel’s electronic databases. If Socket elects to have CenturyTel provide actual Loop Makeup Information through a manual process for information that is not available electronically, then the interval will be 3 business days or the interval provided to CenturyTel’s retail sales, internal operations personnel, any affiliates, or other third party, whichever is less.
Loop Qualification. 2.9.1 Description of Service

Electronic access to loop makeup data through the OSS enhancements described in 6.1 above will return information in all fields described in SBC’s Advanced Services Plan of Record when such information is contained in SBC-12STATE’s electronic databases. CLEC will be billed a mechanized loop qualification charge for each xDSL capable loop order submitted at the rates set forth in CLEC’s Interconnection Agreement. Manual loop qualification requires the manual look-up of data that is not contained in an electronic database. Manual loop makeup data includes the following: (a) the actual loop length; (b) the length by gauge; (c) the presence of repeaters, load coils, bridged taps; and shall include, if noted on the individual loop record, (d) the total length of bridged taps; (e) the presence of pair gain devices, DLC, and/or DAML, and (f) the presence of disturbers in the same and/or adjacent binder groups. CLEC will be billed a manual loop qualification charge for each manual loop qualification requested at the rates set forth in CLEC’s Interconnection Agreement. Detailed manual loop qualification includes all fields as described in SBC’s Advanced Services Plan of Record. CLEC will be billed a detailed manual loop qualification charge for each detailed manual loop qualification requested at the rates set forth in CLEC’s Interconnection Agreement. All three categories of loop qualification are subject to the following: If a CLEC elects to have SBC-12STATE provide loop makeup through a manual process for information not available electronically, then the loop qualification interval will be 3-5 business days, or the interval provided to SBC-12STATE’s affiliate, whichever is less. If the results of the loop qualification indicate that conditioning is available, CLEC may request that SBC-12STATE perform conditioning at charges set forth in CLEC’s Interconnection Agreement. The CLEC may order the loop ...
Loop Qualification. Until such time as access to Loop Makeup Information (as defined in Section 93.4 below) is available via an electronic interface, CenturyLink will provide **CLEC actual Loop Makeup Information through a manual process.
