Common use of Loss or Injury Clause in Contracts

Loss or Injury. Landlord and Resident agree that Landlord shall not be held responsible for any loss or injury received on the Leased Premises. Resident agrees to indemnify Landlord against liability for any such loss or injury. Landlord shall not be responsible for damage or loss to Resident's personal property. In order to assist in maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment for other students, it is expected that Resident report all safety issues and criminal behavior on the part of other residents to the appropriate authorities.
