Lost Instruments Affidavit and Indemnity. With respect to any BANA Mortgage Loan, if a "lost instruments affidavit and indemnity" or any equivalent document is required pursuant to Section 2.01(b) of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, the Servicer shall prepare, execute and deliver or cause to be prepared, executed and delivered, on behalf of the Trust, such a document to the public recording office.
