Common use of Lunch Periods Clause in Contracts

Lunch Periods. All full-time employees shall be entitled to an uninterrupted, uncompensated, lunch period of not less than one half hour nor more than one hour, which period shall be scheduled, for full-time employees, at or about the midpoint of each work shift.

Lunch Periods. All full-time employees EMPLOYEES shall be entitled to an uninterrupted, uncompensated, uninterrupted unpaid lunch period of not less than one half hour nor more than one hour, which period shall be scheduled, for full-time employees, at or about the midpoint mid-point of each their work shiftday. The length of not less than one half hour nor more than one hour, which time for such lunch period shall be scheduled, for a period of no longer than one hour (unless prior approval is granted by the immediate supervisor for special exception) nor less than one-half (½) hour and shall be scheduled for full-time employees, employees at or about the midpoint of each work shift.

Lunch Periods. All full-time employees shall be entitled to an uninterrupted, uncompensated, uninterrupted lunch period after the 32 employee has been on duty for four (4) hours. The length of not less than one half hour nor more than one hour, which the time for such period shall be scheduled, 33 for fulla period of one-time employees, half (1/2) hour and shall be scheduled at or about the midpoint of each the 34 employee’s work shiftday. If an employee agrees to work during his/her lunch, he/she shall 35 receive pay for all time worked during the normal lunch period.
