Common use of Lunch Periods Clause in Contracts

Lunch Periods. Teachers will have a duty free lunch period of at least the following lengths: 1. Elementary School Grades (Grades Pre K-5). Not less than 30 minutes. 2. Middle School. Not less than the length of the student cafeteria or lunch period.
