M aintenance. Licensee shall, during the term of this License, and at its sole expense, keep the Premises in good order and repair, reasonable wear and tear excepted. Licensee shall be responsible to maintain the Premises in accordance with the Rules so that the Premises may be utilized for the purposes set forth in this License. Such obligation shall include, but not be limited to, cleaning and disinfecting restroom facilities regularly while players and fans are present, and placing markings on the ground to ensure individuals waiting to use the restroom are spaced six (6) feet apart, if any such restroom facilities are included and open for use on the Premises. Licensee shall also ensure that the concession stand, if any, is only allowed to open if all requirements set forth in the Rules are followed. Licensee shall ensure that the stands, bleachers, or other facilities are only utilized in accordance with the applicable Rules and that any spectators are those permitted to be in attendance at the Premises in accordance with the Rules. Licensor shall be responsible for any mowing, irrigation, or application of fertilizer or weed control on the Premises in accordance with past practices of Licensor. Provided, however, Licensee shall be responsible for any of the same if they are caused by Licensee’s misuse or damage to the Premises. Licensee agrees to promptly notify Licensor of any maintenance or repair that is the responsibility of Licensor hereunder.
M aintenance. Tenant(s) agree to replace the smoke detector(s) battery, if any, at any time the existing battery becomes unserviceable.
M aintenance. Window On a weekly basis, Immuta may perform maintenance to the Service that results in downtime of up to 1 hour. Immuta may implement a Subscriber-selectable weekly 1 hour maintenance window in the Cloud Console portion of the Service. Until such time that said feature is implemented, Immuta may perform maintenance resulting in up to 1 hour of down time on a weekly basis starting on Sunday at 2PM Eastern Time. Subscribers may file support tickets to request alternate timing which will be considered on a case by case basis.
M aintenance. Service Provider shall provide bug fixes, corrections, modifications, enhancements, upgrades, and new releases to the Services to ensure: (a) the functionality of the Services, as described in the Documentation, is available to Authorized Users; (b) the functionality of the Services in accordance with the representations and warranties set forth herein, including but not limited to, the Services conforming in all material respects to the specifications, functions, descriptions, standards, and criteria set forth in the applicable Invoice/Work Order and the Documentation; and, (c) the Services work with the then-current version and the three prior versions of Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, and Google Chrome Internet browsers. The Services Fees shall be inclusive of the fees for maintenance.
M aintenance. Company may provide maintenance in connection with the Company Hardware in accordance with Applicable Law. Company specifically disclaims any statements made indicating that the Company Hardware shall be without any fault or damage including faults or damages resulting from exposure to adverse environmental conditions including excessive moisture and excessive temperatures, damage to the Company Hardware because of Force Majeure. Subscriber must always maintain and keep the Company Hardware in good and useable condition (normal wear and tear excepted) until returned to or collected by the Company. Only the Company is authorised to repair the Company Hardware. The Subscriber must keep the Company Hardware safely and must not remove any marking that identifies the Company Hardware as belonging to the Company. Subscriber must not allow anyone else to otherwise tamper with or use the Company Hardware in any manner not specifically authorise by the Company.
M aintenance. The Licensed Area shall be maintained by the Licensee in accordance with the Conservation Easement, the Community Forest Plan and this Agreement, including the following additional conditions:
M aintenance. (a) Spin shall have the responsibility to maintain all Charging Hubs and other equipment/facilities. City shall not have any obligation with regards to the maintenance of Charing Hubs and equipment/facilities. Spin shall be responsible for maintaining the Charging Hubs in good repair and in a manner that shall not interfere, other than nominally due to the presence of such Charging Hub or Spin Scooters in the Right of Way, with the proper, safe and continuous use of the Right of Way by pedestrians and motorists at the Approved Location(s), subject to ordinary wear, tear, casualty and condemnation.
M aintenance. 4.1. SSYF&C shall provide for all maintenance at the Property, to the satisfaction of County, UPON County's prior written permission and/or consent, and at the sole expense of SSYF&C. Such maintenance shall include, but not be limited to maintenance of grounds, buildings, fences, playing areas, spectator areas and on-site sewage systems, if applicable.
M aintenance. 4.1. MCJF&C shall provide for all maintenance at the Property , to the satisfaction of County, UPON County's prior written permission and/or consent, and at the sole expense of MCJF&C. Such maintenance shall include , but not be limited to maintenance of grounds, buildings, fences, playing areas, spectator areas and on-site sewage systems, if applicable.
M aintenance. Owner and its successors and assigns shall be responsibleto repair and maintain the stormwater management measures located on the Property in good condition and in working order and such that the measures comply with approved plans on file with Dane County. Said maintenance shall be at the Owner’s sole cost and expense. Owner will conduct such maintenance or repair work in accordance with all applicable laws, codes, regulations, and similar requirements. Specific maintenance task are more particularly described on Exhibit A. The location of each stormwater management practice is shown on Exhibit B.
