Common use of MACRO Licensing Agreement with MacroMarkets Clause in Contracts

MACRO Licensing Agreement with MacroMarkets. On the Closing Date, the Trustee shall enter into the MACRO Licensing Agreement with MacroMarkets. Under such licensing agreement, MacroMarkets shall be entitled to the receipt of the Up-MACRO Licensing Fee. The Trustee, on behalf of the Up-MACRO Holding Trust, shall pay to MacroMarkets the Up-MACRO Licensing Fee in arrears on each Distribution Date from the Up-MACRO Fees.

MACRO Licensing Agreement with MacroMarkets. On the Closing Date, the Trustee Trust shall enter into the MACRO Licensing Agreement with MacroMarkets. Under such licensing agreement, MacroMarkets shall be entitled to the receipt of the Up-MACRO Licensing Fee. The Trustee, on behalf of the Up-MACRO Holding Trust, shall pay to MacroMarkets the Up-MACRO Licensing Fee in arrears on each Distribution Date from the Up-MACRO Feesin accordance with Section 5.4 hereof.
