MACRO Licensing Agreement. On the Closing Date, the Up-MACRO Holding Trust shall enter into the MACRO Licensing Agreement with MacroMarkets LLC, the Administrative Agent, the Up-MACRO Tradeable Trust, the Down-MACRO Holding Trust and the Down-MACRO Tradeable Trust.
