MAG Reinstatement. Once there is Enplanement Stabilization for Two Months, then the MAG is reinstated, and will continue unless and until there is another Severe Decline in Enplanements for Three Months, as follows: (i) Such MAG reinstatement will be effective on the first day of the month following an Enplanement Stabilization for Two Months. (ii) In the event the MAG is reinstated after the commencement of a “Lease Year” or other period of time for annual gross revenue accumulation specified in the Lease, the MAG will be pro-rated accordingly.
