Common use of MAGNACHIP Improvements Clause in Contracts

MAGNACHIP Improvements. All Improvements to MAGNACHIP Technology that are created or conceived solely by MAGNACHIP shall be solely owned by MAGNACHIP (the “MAGNACHIP Improvements”). MAGNACHIP shall own all right, title, and interest in the MAGNACHIP Improvements, and all Intellectual Property therein (excluding AATI’s rights in and ownership of any Joint Improvement under Section 3.3(c) below). MAGNACHIP shall have the exclusive right to apply for or register any patents, mask work rights, copyrights, and such other proprietary protections with respect thereto. Nothing herein shall be construed as granting AATI any ownership rights in the MAGNACHIP Intellectual Property and MAGNACHIP Technology. MAGNACHIP grants no rights, license or title to such technology and/or Intellectual Property outside the scope of this Agreement.

MAGNACHIP MagnaChip grants no rights, license or title to such technology and/or Intellectual Property outside the scope of this Agreement.
