Common use of Magnetic Media and Documentation Clause in Contracts

Magnetic Media and Documentation. Pervasive warrants that if the magnetic media or Documentation are in a damaged or physically defective condition at the time that the Software is delivered to You and if they are returned to Pervasive within ten (10) days of delivery, then Pervasive will provide You with replacements at no charge.
