Common use of - Mailboxes, Inter-School Mail and Bulletins Clause in Contracts

- Mailboxes, Inter-School Mail and Bulletins. The Union shall have the right to communicate with its members by means of employee mailboxes, inter-school mail, District e-mail, and a designated bulletin board in the employees’ lounge for announcements of the Union (to the extent such are available) provided: A. Such announcements do not involve endorsements of political candidates (excluding routinely published Union newsletters); and B. All such announcements shall be identified as Union material. The Union President shall be the authorizing official and shall notify the Board of any changes in such authorization.
