Mailing Communications to Shareholders; Proxy Materials. The -------------------------------------------------------- Transfer Agent will address and mail to Shareholders of the Trust, all reports to Shareholders, such other communications as the Trust may authorize, dividend and distribution notices and proxy material for the Trust's meetings of Shareholders. In connection with meetings of Shareholders, the Transfer Agent will prepare Shareholder lists, mail and certify as to the mailing of proxy materials, process and tabulate returned proxy cards, report on proxies voted prior to meetings, act as inspector of election at meetings and certify Shares voted at meetings.
