Common use of Maintain Corporate Existence and Qualifications Clause in Contracts

Maintain Corporate Existence and Qualifications. Maintain and preserve, in full force and effect, its existence and rights, franchises, licenses and qualifications necessary to continue its business, and comply with all applicable statutes, rules and regulations pertaining to the operation, conduct and maintenance of its existence and business.
