Common use of Maintain Corporate Existence and Qualifications Clause in Contracts

Maintain Corporate Existence and Qualifications. Maintain and preserve in full force and effect, its corporate existence and rights, franchises, licenses and qualifications necessary to continue its business for a period longer than the term of the Facility, and comply with all applicable statutes, rules and regulations pertaining to the operation, conduct and maintenance of its regulations of its existence and business including, without limitation, all federal, state and local laws relating to benefit plans, environmental safety, or health matters, and hazardous or liquid waste or chemicals or other liquids (including use, sale, transport and disposal thereof).
