Maintain Records and Accounts. Debtor will keep and maintain, or cause to be kept and maintained, at its own cost and expense satisfactory and complete records of the Collateral, including, but not limited to, the originals of all documentation with respect to all Accounts and General Intangibles and records of all payments received and all credits granted on the Accounts, all merchandise returned, and all other dealings therewith.
