Maintanance Call Out Seniority. In the event that after hours work requires maintanance staff, the order of Call Outs shall be as follows • Assigned Night Manager • Assigned Maintanance Tech • Most senior Maintenance Tech • Next senior Maintenance Tech ARTICL E 31 - REPORTING TIME PAY If an employee reports to work at his/her regularly scheduled time, but is sent home due to a lack of work or is given less than half the usual or scheduled daily work, he or she will be paid "reporting time pay." Any employee who is entitled to reporting time pay will be paid for at least half of the hours he/she was scheduled to work, but never less than two hours pay and never more than four hours pay.   • Service and Seniority Continuation While on pregnancy/birth or parental, or adoption leave, a Nurse shall continue to accrue and accumulate Service and Seniority credits at the same rate as before the leave for the duration of the leave and the Nurse’s Service and Seniority shall be deemed to be continuous. This provision is not applicable to a Casual Nurse.

  • Company Seniority An employee's total accumulated time of employment with the Company which has not been interrupted by a continuous period in excess of six (6) months.
