Maintenance and Modifications of Project by Company. Subject to the provisions of Section 7.02, the Company agrees that so long as any Bonds are outstanding it will at its own expense maintain, repair and operate the Project. The Company may make modifications to completed components of the Project. The Company will not make any modification that will result in the Project not being a “project” with in the meaning of the Act.
