Common use of Maintenance of Registration Books Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Registration Books. The Company shall keep at its principal office, which is currently at 500 Xxxxx Xxx., Xxxxx 0000, Xxx Xxxx, XX 00000, x register in which, subject to such reasonable regulations as it may prescribe, the Company shall provide for the registration, transfer and exchange of this Warrant. The Company shall not at any time except upon the dissolution, liquidation or winding up of the Company, close such register so as to result in preventing or delaying the exercise or transfer of this Warrant.
