Common use of Maintenance of Security Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Security. Borrower will deliver or cause to be delivered to Lender and will maintain or cause to be maintained in full force and effect throughout the Term (except as otherwise expressly provided in such Loan Document), as security for the Performance of the Obligations, the Security Documents and all other security required to be given to Lender pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

Maintenance of Security. Borrower will deliver or cause to be delivered to Lender and will maintain or cause to be maintained in full force and effect throughout the Term (except as otherwise expressly provided in such Acquisition Loan Document), as security for the Performance of the Obligations, the Security Acquisition Loan Documents and all other security required to be given to Lender pursuant to the terms of this Agreement..

Borrower will deliver or cause to be delivered to Lender and/or the Custodial Agent and will maintain or cause to be maintained in full force and effect throughout the Term (except as otherwise expressly provided in such Loan Document), as security for the Performance of the Obligations, the Security Documents and all other security required to be given to Lender pursuant to the terms of this Agreement..
